Terms of Service

These terms apply to FOMO Alerts: the Chrome extension, the alerts server and Telegram bot (@FOMOALERTSOFFICIAL_Bot) and the website fomoalerts.family (together "the service"). The service is run by FOMO Alerts ("we", "us"). By installing the extension, linking the Telegram bot or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What FOMO Alerts does

FOMO Alerts lets you set take-profit, stop-loss, trailing-stop and buy-the-dip levels for coins on fomo.family and sends you a Telegram message when the price reaches one of them.

  • It only sends notifications. It never buys, sells or trades for you.
  • It has no access to your Fomo login, password, wallet, private keys or funds.
  • The extension reads information that the Fomo website already loads in your own browser, such as your positions and entry prices.

2. Not financial advice, and the risks

Nothing in the service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You alone decide what to trade, and when.

  • Crypto and memecoins are extremely risky. Prices can move very fast, and you can lose everything you put in.
  • Alerts can arrive late, arrive more than once, not arrive at all, or be based on wrong prices. Prices come from third parties such as DexScreener and can differ from the price on Fomo. Prices are checked every few seconds, so the price when you read an alert can already be very different.
  • Telegram, Fomo, DexScreener, your internet connection or our server can be slow or down.

Treat an alert as a heads-up, not a guaranteed exit. Always check the price yourself before you trade. We are not responsible for any trading loss or missed profit.

3. Not affiliated with Fomo

FOMO Alerts is an independent project. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Fomo (fomo.family), Telegram, Google or DexScreener. Their names and logos belong to their owners. Fomo can change its website at any time, which can stop the extension from working until we update it.

4. Price: free with our referral code, otherwise $9.99 once

FOMO Alerts is free for everyone who created their Fomo account with our referral code ALERTSFAMILY. They get the full version, including features we add later, for as long as we run the service. Fomo only lets you add a referral code when you create your account. The extension reads which code your account was created with to unlock this.

Everyone else can unlock FOMO Alerts with a one-time payment of $9.99. You pay through the Telegram bot in USDC (on Solana, Base, BNB Chain or Ethereum) or USDG (on Robinhood Chain), sent from your own wallet to our address. A payment unlocks your FOMO Alerts for good. It is not a subscription.

  • Send exactly the amount the bot shows, on the network you picked. Crypto transfers can't be reversed.
  • If a payment isn't recognized, paste the transaction hash in the bot or contact us on Discord.
  • We never ask for card details, your seed phrase or access to your wallet.

5. Your account and how you use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to trade crypto where you live. You agree not to:

  • misuse, overload or attack our servers, the bot or the website, or send automated requests to them;
  • get around limits, such as the 5 demo messages on the website;
  • pretend to be someone else, or use a username or picture that is offensive or illegal;
  • use the service in a way that breaks the law or the terms of Fomo or Telegram.

We can limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

6. The hive on fomoalerts.family

The website shows the Fomo username and profile picture of people who use FOMO Alerts, in a moving "hive" that anyone can see. You can leave the hive at any time: open FOMO Alerts in Fomo's account menu and switch off Show me in the hive. We can remove any username or picture from the hive. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. The demo on the website

The live demo uses $ALERT, a made-up coin with fake prices. It is not a real token, and you can't buy it. You can link Telegram in the demo and get up to 5 demo messages per Telegram account.

8. No guarantees

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. We don't promise that it is always available, free of errors, or that every alert is sent on time. We can change, pause or stop the service, or any part of it, at any time.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using, or not being able to use, the service. This includes trading losses, missed or late alerts, lost profits and indirect damage. If we are liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. For most users that amount is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Stopping

You can stop at any time:

  • uninstall the extension;
  • send /unlink to the bot;
  • remove your Telegram accounts in the FOMO Alerts settings.

To have your data deleted, ask us on Discord (see below).

11. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
